初めまして！你好！

My name is Maxwell (Max) Sheck and I am an Asian studies and Japanese major with a concentration in race and ethnic studies. During my time at St. Olaf I have been an active member of the Taiko drumming club and am the club's current president this year. In January 2020, I was fortunate enough to travel abroad to Shanghai and Tokyo through the Asian Conversations and have recently also started learning Chinese in addition to Japanese.
